I would like to start off this post in honor of all those who lost their lives and or affected by September 11, 2001. Also, I would like to pay tribute to all the men and woman who have fought for our freedom and continue to keep the United States safe. It is hard to believe that the awful day was 13 years ago. I can remember it like it was yesterday. I was sitting in 3rd hour English class, and today I sit at my desk in the 2nd tallest building in the country feeling safe.

I am honored to be from the United States and I thank those who have put their life on the line to allow me to live the life that I do not in fear. Remembering 9/11

It is hard to transition from this subject, but I thought there was no better day than today to present a challenge. I know it is already the 11th bit it is never to late to start. I just started last night!

September Wall Sit Challenge #FFWallSit

Yesterday Fit Fluential sent out their September Wall Sit Challenge.

I used to hate Wall Sits in gym class or during basketball practices, but for some odd reason I am excited for them now. I remember the burn and shaking feeling that comes along with it. Now I just need to find a open wall in my studio that faces the TV to distract me.

Can’t wait to hear what you guys think!

Thank you Amanda for the wonderful linkup as always :)
